Customer Relations Officer

Job Role:We are looking for energetic and target-driven Telesales Executives to promote and sell Personal Loans and Overdraft products over calls. Candidates should have good communication skills and a passion for sales.

• 📌 Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers and explain Personal Loan & Overdraft products
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products
• Maintain follow-up with interested customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain proper records in CRM/Excel
• ✅ Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills (Hindi /Basic English)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience in loan sales / credit card / insurance sales is an advantage
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
