Job Description

Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Bhima Jewellery

Experience: 0–3 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries and build strong customer relationships.
  • Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Inform customers about new collections, offers and events.
  • Generate showroom visits and support sales conversion.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure excellent customer service.


Skills: Good communication, customer handling, follow-up skills, basic computer knowledge and a pleasant personality.
