Job Description
The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining smooth coordination between the sales team and clients. The role focuses on tracking leads, updating CRM systems, and supporting sales activities to improve customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
- Key Roles & Responsibilities Client Follow-ups Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients via calls, emails, or messages.
- Track client inquiries, feedback, and requirements in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely responses to client queries and escalate issues when required.
- Sales Team Coordination Act as a bridge between the sales team and clients to ensure clear communication.
- Share client updates, follow-up status, and feedback with the sales team.
- Support the sales team by scheduling meetings, demos, and calls with clients.
- Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to closure and post-sales support.
