Job description:
- Handle outbound and inbound customer calls professionally.
- Approximately 70% calls will be focused on fresh/new customers and 30% on retention and existing customers.
- Speak with customers, understand their needs and guide them appropriately.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
- Ensure every customer interaction is handled with patience, professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Follow up with customers regularly to improve conversion, repeat purchases and customer retention.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and sales/retention targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, follow-ups and outcomes.
- Identify customer concerns and coordinate with the relevant team for timely resolution.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.
- Take ownership of assigned customers and follow-ups until closure
