Job Description
Customer support Answer incoming calls from customers related to broadband services, billing, new connections, and complaints.
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, or promotional offers.
Assist customers with troubleshooting internet connectivity issues, modem/router setup, and basic technical support.
Log customer issues accurately in the system and escalate unresolved queries to the technical team when required.
Provide information regarding broadband plans, upgrades, and offers.
Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
Achieve daily/weekly call handling and resolution targets.
Prepare call reports and share feedback with the team leader/manager.
