Job Description
The Customer Care Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for Korean Air passengers over the phone.
The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls while assisting passengers with flight reservations, ticketing, itinerary changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage concerns, check-in and travel document queries, frequent flyer (SKYPASS) support, and general customer assistance.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent spoken English, strong problem-solving abilities, patience, empathy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced voice environment while maintaining high service quality standards.
Customer Support
• Handle inbound passenger calls professionally and courteously.
• Make outbound calls for booking confirmations, schedule-change updates, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
• Deliver exceptional service with a positive and professional attitude.
• Build customer rapport and provide prompt, accurate assistance.
