Job Description
Position: Customer Support Executive - Voice process
Process: Inbound Voice Process
Job Location: Noida sec 57
IMMEDIATE JOINER ONLY
- Salary
- In-Hand Salary:
- Fresher: 17,500 In hand
- Experienced: ₹21,000 in hand
- Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Any 9 hours rotational)
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Week Off: 1 day rotational Off
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate product information.
- Assist customers with information requests and issue resolution.
- Maintain customer records and documentation.
- Escalate critical issues whenever required.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria: 12th, Graduate
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Support (Offer letter, payslips, experience letter is must)
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Skills Required Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- Basic to Average computer proficiency
