Hiring: International Customer Support Executive – Tech Mahindra

Build your career in an International E-Commerce Process!

Location: Noida Phase 2 (NSEZ)

Designation: Associate Customer Support

Salary: ₹3–5.5 LPA CTC

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: Freshers & Experienced

Communication: Excellent English (B2/C1 level)

Shift: Rotational, including night shifts

Working Days: 5 days a week

Work Mode: Work From Office

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Interview Mode: Online

Age Limit: Maximum 35 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle international customer queries professionally.
  • Provide effective solutions and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain quality and performance standards.
  • Follow process guidelines and compliance requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Excellent verbal English communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Willing to work from the Noida office.
  • Experienced candidates must have relevant documented work experience.
