Data Entry Operator

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Enter data accurately into computer systems and databases.

2.Update and maintain records, spreadsheets, and company documents.

3.Verify data for accuracy and correct errors when necessary.

4.Maintain and organize digital and physical records.

5.Prepare reports using MS Excel and MS Word.

6.Check data for missing information, duplication, and inconsistencies.

7.Maintain the confidentiality of company information.

8.Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

9.Coordinate with other departments to collect and verify information.

Required Skills:

1.Basic computer knowledge.

2.Good typing speed and accuracy.

3.Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

4.Data entry and data management skills.

5.Attention to detail and concentration.

6.Good time management.

7.Basic email and internet knowledge.

8.Ability to work independently and in a team.

Educational Qualification:

1.Minimum: 12th pass or graduate (as per company requirements).

2.Basic computer knowledge is required.

3.Computer certification or relevant experience is an advantage.
