Position: Debt Recovery Executive

Experience: Minimum 6 months

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives

About the Role We are looking for a Debt Recovery Executive who will be responsible for communicating with customers regarding outstanding payments, following up on overdue accounts, and helping achieve monthly recovery targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels regarding pending payments.
• Follow up regularly with customers for timely payment.
• Negotiate suitable payment plans while maintaining professional communication.
• Achieve daily/monthly recovery targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, commitments, and payments.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding difficult or escalated cases.
• Handle customer queries related to outstanding dues.
• Ensure professional and ethical recovery practices at all times.
• RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in debt recovery, collection, telecalling, banking, NBFC, or a similar field.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Hindi communication is required; English will be an advantage.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up with customers.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle challenging customer conversations professionally.
