Job Description
We are looking for a Recovery Telecaller to contact customers regarding pending payments and overdue accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make calls to customers for payment recovery.
- Follow up on overdue payments and commitments.
- Maintain accurate call and payment records.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily/weekly recovery targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous telecalling/recovery experience preferred.
- Hindi communication required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
