Job Description

We are looking for a Recovery Telecaller to contact customers regarding pending payments and overdue accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make calls to customers for payment recovery.
  • Follow up on overdue payments and commitments.
  • Maintain accurate call and payment records.
  • Handle customer queries professionally.
  • Achieve daily/weekly recovery targets.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Previous telecalling/recovery experience preferred.
  • Hindi communication required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
