About the Role

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to own and grow our online lead generation. You'll run performance campaigns that bring in loan applicants, manage our social and content presence, support our corporate outreach, and continuously improve conversion from click to application.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to generate quality loan leads within target cost-per-lead

Manage and grow social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube/Shorts) — content calendar, posts, reels, and community engagement

Create marketing assets — posts, creatives, short videos, landing pages, email & WhatsApp campaigns (with design tools/AI or a designer)

Improve website & landing-page conversion (loan apply funnel); basic SEO for organic reach

Run email & WhatsApp marketing for nurturing leads and corporate tie-up outreach

Track performance in Google Analytics / Meta & Google Ads Manager; report leads, spend, CPL, conversion, and ROAS weekly

Support corporate tie-up campaigns (employer benefit outreach) with collateral and follow-up material

Ensure all marketing is accurate and compliant with lending/advertising guidelines (no misleading claims; loans at the discretion of partner banks/NBFCs)

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years in digital marketing, preferably lead generation (fintech / loans / insurance / BFSI a strong plus)

Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

Working knowledge of SEO, social media management, and email/WhatsApp marketing

Comfort with Google Analytics and reading campaign data to make decisions

Basic design/content skills — Canva (or similar), short-video editing; good written English & Hindi

Graduate in Marketing, Mass Comm, or any field with relevant experience

Self-starter who can own targets and work independently

Good to Have

Experience marketing financial products / loans and understanding of the Indian salaried customer

Familiarity with landing-page builders, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business API, and marketing automation

Basic understanding of lead funnels and conversion optimisation
