Job Description
Meta Advertising Management:
Plan, create, and manage targeted ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
Set up A/B testing for ad copy, audience targeting, placements, and creatives.
Monitor campaign performance, budget allocation, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) daily to optimize ROI.
Instagram & Video Content Strategy:
Plan, film, and edit engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, and short-form video content tailored to our core audience.
Stay ahead of trending audio, viral formats, and platform algorithm updates to maximize organic reach and engagement.
Manage community interaction on social channels (responding to comments/messages to build engagement).
YouTube Content & Optimization:
Assist in script planning, filming, editing, and publishing long-form YouTube videos and YouTube Shorts.
Apply YouTube SEO best practices, including keyword-optimized titles, descriptions, tags, and compelling custom thumbnails.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track key metrics across paid and organic channels using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and YouTube Analytics.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for future marketing efforts.
