Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, optimize, and scale high-converting paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. You will own the full sales funnel, focusing on maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and lowering Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Build, launch, and manage end-to-end sales campaigns on Google (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Advantage+ shopping campaigns).
• Optimization & Scaling: Monitor daily budgets, bid strategies, and audience segments to scale revenue-generating campaigns.
• A/B Testing: Conduct continuous testing on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates.
• Tracking & Analytics: Ensure accurate setup and monitoring of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API (CAPI).
• Reporting: Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, AOV) and deliver clear weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Creative Collaboration: Brief the design and content teams on scroll-stopping ad concepts based on performance data.
