Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Plan and execute B2B lead generation through LinkedIn, email, website, and paid campaigns.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, and databases.
• Handle website content, landing pages, basic SEO, and website updates.
• Create and coordinate social media, blog, website, email, and marketing content.
• Plan and manage webinars, online events, and digital campaigns.
• Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns.
• Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI using analytics tools.
• Coordinate and manage external marketing agencies, designers, and vendors.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, AI tools, automation, and new platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or B2B Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and digital advertising platforms.
• Good communication, content creation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to take ownership of results.
