# Meta Ads Specialist – D2C Brand

## Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven **Meta Ads Specialist** to manage and scale our paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in D2C growth marketing, performance optimization, customer acquisition, and revenue-focused campaign strategies.

You will be responsible for driving profitable growth through Meta Ads while continuously testing creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve ROAS and reduce CAC.

## Key Responsibilities

* Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for customer acquisition and revenue growth.

* Develop full-funnel paid media strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention).

* Manage campaign budgets and scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.

* Monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR, and purchase conversion rates.

* Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, copy, landing pages, and campaign structures.

* Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and angles.

* Analyze customer behavior and create data-backed optimization strategies.

* Implement retargeting strategies to improve repeat purchases and conversions.

* Track campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights and action plans.

* Stay updated with Meta Ads algorithm changes, trends, and best practices.

## Requirements

* 1–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for D2C/eCommerce brands.

* Proven track record of scaling profitable ad campaigns.

* Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, campaign structures, pixels, events, and tracking.

* Experience managing monthly ad spends and optimizing for ROAS.

* Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions.

* Understanding of D2C funnels, Shopify/eCommerce platforms, and conversion optimization is preferred.

* Ability to create and test compelling ad strategies based on customer insights.

## Preferred Skills

* Experience with beauty, fashion, wellness, FMCG, or lifestyle D2C brands.

* Knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, and analytics tools.

* Experience working with UGC creators and performance creatives.

* Strong copywriting and creative strategy skills.
