Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings.
- Handle catalog management, content uploads, and listing corrections.
- Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.).
- Track sales performance, advertising reports, and marketplace analytics.
- Manage inventory updates and coordinate stock availability.
- Resolve listing issues, suppressed listings, and account-related concerns.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve product visibility and sales.
- Ensure marketplace compliance and maintain account health metrics.
- Required Skills:Minimum 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Experience in product listing, catalog management, and account operations.
- Hands-on experience with marketplace advertising and promotions.
- Understanding of inventory management and order processing.
- Good knowledge of Excel and reporting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
