Job Description
- Warehouse Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle daily warehouse operations, including inward, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate product-wise and maintain inventory records.
- Verify incoming materials, check purchase documents and prepare GRNs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and courier partners for timely dispatch.
- Manage customer returns, RTOs, replacements and defective stock.
- Conduct physical stock audits and reconcile inventory records.
- Identify and report stock shortages, excess or discrepancies.
- Ensure proper labelling, storage and segregation of inventory.
- Maintain inward, outward, dispatch and courier documentation.
- Monitor packaging materials and maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
- Prepare daily and monthly inventory and dispatch reports.
- Preferred Candidate Profile 2 – 2.6 years of experience in warehouse, inventory or store operations.
- Ability to independently manage a small or medium-sized warehouse.
- Knowledge of GRN, stock reconciliation, inward/outward and dispatch processes.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and inventory/ERP software.
- Good coordination, accuracy and ownership skills.
- Experience in electronics, D2C, B2B or B2C operations preferred.
- Graduated candidate will be Preferred.
- Must reside with family within 10-12 km of Noida Sector 2.
