Job title: Sales & E-commerce Manager

Working hours: 10 AM to 7 PM, 1 weekly off

Job description
Noida's biggest nursery garden is looking for a Sales & E-commerce Manager to run our online store and support day-to-day nursery operations. If you love plants and nature and are comfortable with online selling, this role is for you.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the online store (Shopify) and product listings
- Coordinate with the technical team
- Handle customer enquiries and orders
- Manage dispatch, delivery issues and courier services
- Create video content for social media
- Track nursery stock, inventory and maintenance
- Guide and manage junior staff
- Prepare Excel reports and handle admin work
Requirements
- Good English and Hindi
- Good communication skills
- Internet savvy
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, stock inventory and barcoding
- Love for plants and nature
