Embroidery Machine Operator

About the Role: We are looking for responsible and presentable individuals to manage embroidery operations at Decathlon stores. This is a customer-facing role that involves machine handling, coordination, and basic customer interaction. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate embroidery machines for custom designs on apparel and accessories
• Frame garments correctly and ensure high-quality output
• Interact with customers to understand basic requirements and guide them
• Coordinate with the Decathlon team for order execution and updates
• Maintain daily reports of orders, materials, and work completed
• Ensure machine cleanliness, upkeep, and proper shutdown after shift
• Maintain a professional, presentable, and helpful attitude at all times

Who Can Apply

• Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
• Candidates with embroidery machine experience or retail store experience preferred
• Comfortable with customer interaction and basic communication
• Good attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn
• Presentable and well-spoken
• Work Details9-hour shift (including 1-hour break)
• 6–7 days working
• Fixed monthly salary + incentives (if applicable)
• Training period included
