Escalation & Risk Management Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Escalation & Risk Management Executive who

will be responsible for handling client escalations, identifying operational risks, and ensuring timely

resolution to maintain service quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer/client escalations and ensure timely resolution.

• Identify potential operational and financial risks in ongoing processes.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve high-priority issues.

• Maintain escalation logs and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.

• Analyze recurring issues and suggest preventive action plans.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major escalations.

• Monitor risk indicators and report critical findings to management.

• Basic knowledge of risk assessment and compliance processes.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
