• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, conceptualising and executing corporate events and MICE projects.
• Come up with innovative ideas, themes, activities and engagement concepts.
• Coordinate with vendors, artists, hotels and other event partners.
• Assist in preparing event proposals, presentations, budgets and costing sheets.
• Support the team in event production, logistics and on-ground execution.
• Research new entertainment options, event trends and experiential ideas.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Be actively involved in pre-event planning and on-site event management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in events, entertainment and experiential marketing.
• Good coordination and organisational abilities.
• Basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and MS Office.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to travel and work during events, including weekends when required.
