Job Description – Export Executive
Position: Export Executive
Experience: 1–3 years
Location: Noida
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end export documentation and shipment coordination.
- Prepare and manage invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates of origin, and other export documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, transporters, and logistics partners.
- Handle DGFT, ICEGATE, APEDA and other export-related compliances.
- Coordinate with international buyers regarding orders, documentation, dispatches and delivery timelines.
- Track shipments and maintain export records and MIS.
- Assist in identifying and communicating with overseas buyers and distributors.
- Ensure timely compliance with international shipping and payment requirements.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree; preferably in International Business, Commerce, Logistics or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in export/import operations.
- Good knowledge of export documentation, logistics and DGFT procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.
- Knowledge of food/agri-product exports will be an added advantage.
