Position: Fiber Splicing & Network Engineer
Job Type: Full-Time (Field-Based)

About UsAt Fiberworld Infra and Technologies, we are powering the future of high-speed digital connectivity. We specialize in building and maintaining robust optical fiber infrastructure. We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Fiber Splicing & Network Engineer to join our field operations team.
- Key Responsibilities Perform fusion splicing, termination, and testing of single-mode and multi-mode fiber optic cables.
- Conduct OTDR testing, power meter testing, and fault localization to troubleshoot network issues.
- Read and interpret network design blueprints, splice diagrams, and layout maps.
- Install, maintain, and manage fiber distribution panels, ODFs, splice closures, and patch panels.
- Coordinate effectively with team leads and central operations for timely project delivery and fault resolution.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards and protocols while working in the field.
- Requirements & QualificationsProven hands-on experience in fiber optic splicing and network maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of OTDR, fusion splicers, and fiber testing tools.
- Ability to work outdoors and travel across field locations as required by project needs.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and repair network outages efficiently.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in Electronics/Telecommunications (preferred).
