Field Sales Executive

Looking for Sales people for decorative building material: Wooden Flooring, Decking, Carpet Tiles, etc. People having experience in Interiors/ Furnishing industry are invited. Bike holders would be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients through research, networking, cold calls, emails, and social media.
• Client Engagement: Meeting clients (in-person/virtual), understanding their needs, and building strong relationships.
• Product Demonstration: Presenting and demonstrating products or services to potential customers, tailored to their needs.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating pricing, terms, and closing sales to meet targets.
• Reporting: Maintaining accurate client records and tracking sales progress.
• Sales Targets: Working to achieve monthly sales quotas.
• After-Sales Support: Ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Market Awareness: Staying current on industry trends, competitors, and market activities.
• Internal Collaboration: Working with marketing, operations, and support teams for a seamless customer experience.
• Representing the Company: Attending trade shows, conferences, and events.
