Job Summary:

Thave Enterprises is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Manager to promote and sell office products, corporate stationery, housekeeping materials, pantry supplies, IT accessories, and packaging products to corporate clients, offices, schools, institutions, and businesses. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, developing customer relationships, visiting clients, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new B2C sales leads and acquire corporate customers.
• Visit offices, companies, factories, schools, and institutions to promote products.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable office products.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with the purchase, billing, and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and payment collection.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily visit and sales reports.
• Explore new business opportunities across Delhi NCR.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: 1–5 years in field sales, B2B sales, or corporate sales preferred.
• Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Knowledge of corporate sales and office products will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for client visits.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience.
• Monthly Incentive: ₹1,000+ in addition to salary, subject to company policy.
• Travel Allowance: As per company policy.
