Field Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented On-Field Sales Executive to generate new business, meet potential clients, and drive sales growth.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks

- Visit potential clients, businesses, and prospective customers daily.

- Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.

- Meet clients, understand their requirements, and explain our products/services.

- Convert leads into customers and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

- Follow up with leads and prospects regularly to close sales.

- Maintain daily records of client visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, orders, payments, and client requirements.

- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.

- Share regular sales reports and market feedback with management.

- Represent the company professionally when dealing with clients.

- Travel within the assigned area as required for client meetings and business development.

Key Skills Required

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Confidence and comfort with fieldwork and client meetings.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.

- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and MS Office/Google Sheets.

- Prior field sales experience is an advantage.
