About the Role
We are looking for a driven Franchise Sales Manager to lead franchise expansion for APNA. The role involves handling qualified leads, closing franchise deals, and working closely with marketing and operations teams to grow our network.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end franchise sales cycle
• Conduct franchise presentations & meetings
• Convert inbound & outbound leads into closures
• Maintain CRM and follow-up pipeline
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Requirements
• Proven experience in franchise or business development sales
• Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills
