Position: Freelance HR Recruiter – Domestic Staffing

Location: Noida

Work Mode: Work From Home (Freelance)

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Staffing/Recruitment Industry (Mandatory)

Job Overview:

Looking for experienced freelance HR recruiters who can handle domestic recruitment and closures across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia and other portals.
• Work on multiple industry requirements and bulk hiring.
• Screen candidates, schedule interviews and follow up.
• Ensure successful candidate joining and closures.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Staffing/Recruitment Industry is mandatory.
• Experience in domestic recruitment and candidate closures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Must have a personal laptop and a stable internet connection.
• Ability to work independently from home on a freelance basis.
