Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate potential property buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Understand clients’ property requirements, budgets, and preferences.
- Present suitable residential and commercial properties to clients.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits.
- Provide information about property prices, locations, amenities, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually acceptable terms.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up on leads regularly.
- Assist clients throughout the booking, documentation, and closing process.
- Keep updated on property market trends, new projects, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or business development is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Good knowledge of the local property market.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer and CRM skills.
- Willingness to travel for property visits and client meetings.
