Job Description

Loan Manager

  • Manage gold loan sales and achieve monthly business targets.
  • Generate leads, build customer relationships, and drive new customer acquisition.
  • Manage the branch portfolio and ensure smooth loan processing and documentation.
  • Guide and monitor the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines.

Gold Appraiser

  • Assess and evaluate the quality, purity, and value of gold ornaments.
  • Conduct accurate gold valuation as per company guidelines.
  • Ensure proper documentation and verification during the appraisal process.
  • Support the branch team in smooth and accurate gold loan processing.
  • Maintain accuracy and compliance in all gold appraisal activities.
