Job Description
A dedicated and detail-oriented HR professional responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation. Experienced in independently planning, organizing, and managing company events, employee engagement activities, meetings, celebrations, and other HR-related tasks from start to finish. Capable of handling daily HR operations, coordinating with different departments, maintaining employee records, resolving workplace issues, and ensuring smooth office administration. Strong leadership, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities and manage tasks independently while ensuring a positive work environment and organizational growth.
