*HR Executive - APS Online Academy*
*Role: To Appoint Great Talents For The Organisation*
*Roles & Responsibilities:*
1. End-to-end recruitment for all positions (Teachers, Sales, Operations, Marketing) for Meerut, Ghaziabad & Noida locations.
2. Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, Apna, referrals and social media.
3. Screening resumes and conducting first-round interviews to check communication, attitude and culture fit.
4. Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline database for future hiring needs.
5. Posting jobs and managing employer branding on all job portals, LinkedIn and Instagram.
6. Coordinating interviews with HODs and management, and managing interview schedules.
7. Handling complete onboarding process - offer letter, documentation, training coordination and joining formalities.
8. Maintaining employee records, attendance and HR MIS reports.
9. Driving employee engagement and retention activities.
10. Achieving monthly hiring targets.
