Job Description
HR Intern – Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in candidate sourcing and resume screening for BPO hiring.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and client/operations rounds.
- Manage candidate follow-ups and interview schedules.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS.
- Assist with joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with Operations for manpower requirements and hiring updates.
- Handle basic employee queries and HR coordination.
- Support employee engagement and HR activities.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee/candidate records.
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and provide hiring updates.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and recruitment processes.
