Key Responsibilities:


* Handle the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

* Develop and implement HR policies and processes.

* Understand and address employee needs, concerns, and workplace issues.

* Plan and execute effective HR strategies as per business requirements.

Requirements:


* 2+ years of experience in HR management.
