Job Title: HR Recruiter
Department: Human Resources
Location: C-124, First Floor, Sector-2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201301
Reports To: HR Manager / HR Generalist
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role-
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across manufacturing, operations, warehouse, sales, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and hiring quality talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and timely closure of vacancies.
The role requires strong communication skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements from department heads and hiring managers.
- Draft and publish job advertisements on job portals, social media platforms, company websites, and other recruitment channels.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, employee referrals, social networking, job fairs, consultants, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor hiring research when required.
2. Candidate Screening & Selection
- Review applications and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic, virtual, and preliminary interviews.
- Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Ensure timely feedback collection and communication throughout the hiring process.
3. Candidate Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with candidates during the recruitment cycle.
- Provide a professional and positive candidate experience.
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer acceptance and joining formalities.
- Address candidate queries and concerns effectively.
4. Offer Management & Onboarding Support
- Coordinate salary discussions as per company policies and approved budgets.
- Facilitate offer generation and documentation processes.
- Ensure completion of joining formalities and required documentation.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
5. Recruitment Operations & MIS
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate records.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
- Track recruitment performance metrics and hiring effectiveness.
- Ensure recruitment data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
6. Employer Branding & Talent Engagement
- Promote the company's employer brand across recruitment platforms.
- Participate in campus drives, walk-in interviews, job fairs, and hiring events.
- Support initiatives to enhance candidate engagement and employer visibility.
7. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies.
- Maintain organized recruitment records, interview assessments, and hiring documentation.
- Support audit requirements related to recruitment activities.
Qualifications Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Professional certifications in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR are an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Packaging, FMCG, Logistics, or Industrial recruitment will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring is desirable.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques.
- Experience with job portals such as Apna, Job Hai, Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting.
