Job Description

An HR Recruiter manages the end-to-end hiring process to find, screen, and onboard qualified talent for an organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing: Find active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Talent Solutions, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screening: Review incoming resumes and application forms, then run initial phone or video interviews.
  • Coordination: Schedule interviews and share feedback between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Offers: Handle job offers, salary negotiations, and compensation details.
  • Tracking: Keep candidate records updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
