Job Description
- Responsible for analyzing, improving, and streamlining manufacturing processes to optimize productivity, ensure quality, and reduce costs. The role requires working closely with design, production, and quality teams to achieve efficient workflow and deliver garments meeting customer standards within specified timelines.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in the garment or textile industry.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in work-study and time study techniques (e.g., MTM, MOST).
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and machinery.
- Familiarity with CAD software and ERP systems is a plus.
- Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
