Job Description

Universal Student Homes is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting students in securing accommodation in the UK and Australia, handling inquiries, and driving conversions through effective communication and customer engagement.


  • Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries from prospective students.
  • Guide students through the accommodation booking process for the UK and Australia.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable housing options.
  • Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and chat to maximize conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and bookings in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and post-booking support.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Requirements:Proven experience in inside sales, tele sales, or customer support (preferably in education or travel industry).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Preferred Qualifications:Experience in student accommodation or overseas education services.
  • Knowledge of UK and Australia student housing markets.
