Role SummaryThe Executive will play a critical role in supporting ProgCap’s scale-up of business loan offerings across a large pre-qualified MSME customer base (~1.5–2 million customers). The primary responsibility is to drive document completion (login completion) as the key performance indicator (KPI). This role ensures secure, structured, and timely collection of customer documents through assisted calling and digital mechanisms, aligned with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities·

 Customer Outreach

o   Contact all pre-qualified MSME customers.

o   Educate customers on loan requirements and clarify documentation needs.

·  Document Collection & Verification

o   Ensure availability and submission of required documents.

o   Drive completion of full document sets (KYC, business proof, financials).

o   Verify accuracy and completeness before submission.

·        Secure Submission

o   Facilitate uploads via dedicated official email ID or secure link provided by ProgCap.

o   Maintain compliance with data security standards.

·  Performance Monitoring

o   Track document completion rates and login completion metrics.

o   Report progress and highlight gaps for immediate course correction.

Required Document Knowledge

Executives must have thorough understanding of the following:

·        KYC Documents: PAN, Aadhaar

·        Business Proof

·        Financial Statements: Last 2 Years’ Profit & Loss Statements

·        Bank Statements: Last 6 Months

·        Additional Documents: As required by lenders

Requirements & Competencies·

Graduate degree preferred, with background in finance or business administration.

·        1+ year of experience in business loan, preferably in financial services or document collection projects.

·        Strong communication and customer handling skills.

·        Attention to detail in document verification.

·        Familiarity with digital tools and secure document collection platforms.

·        Ability to work in performance-driven environments.

·        Compliance orientation and integrity in handling sensitive data.
