Cloudshope Technologies is a leading provider of Cloud Telephony and Communication Solutions, helping businesses simplify, automate, and enhance customer communication. Our services include IVR Solutions, Call Center Software, Toll-Free Numbers, Missed Call Solutions, Bulk SMS, and WhatsApp API Integration, enabling seamless customer engagement across channels.
We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Inside Sales Executives who are passionate about technology-driven sales and eager to build their career in the fast-growing Cloud Communication industry.
- Key Responsibilities:-
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Understand client requirements and present Cloudshope’s products and solutions effectively.
- Schedule demos and coordinate with the technical/sales team for client presentations.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update CRM records with all client communications and progress reports.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Build long-term professional relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Stay updated on Cloudshope’s product features, new offerings, and market trends.
- Required Skills & Competencies:-
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn cloud-based products and SaaS solutions.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple client interactions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of B2B sales, cloud telephony, or CRM tools will be an added advantage.
- Educational Qualification:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or any related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales preferred (not mandatory).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
