Job Role: Health Insurance Portability Executive


Roles & Responsibilities:


Handle customer queries related to health insurance portability.


Assist customers with the health insurance policy transfer process.


Follow up with customers on a daily basis to ensure timely conversions.


Generate and achieve daily policy issuance targets.


Explain policy benefits, terms, and portability procedures to customers.


Maintain customer records and follow-up reports.
