Interior Designer

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and experienced Interior Designer to handle residential projects. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces into functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environments by assessing spatial requirements, selecting decorative items, and coordinating with vendors and clients within set budgets and timelines.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs, style preferences, budget, and project scope.

​Design & Concept Development: Prepare 2D floor plans, 3D renderings, mood boards, and layout designs to present visual concepts.

​Material & Product Selection: Source and select suitable furniture, lighting, wall finishes, flooring, fabrics, and decor items.

​Technical Drawings: Create detailed working drawings, elevations, and AutoCAD specs for execution teams and contractors.

​Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and confirm construction aligns with approved design plans.

​Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, and external suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

​Budget & Timeline Management: Prepare cost estimates and ensure the project is completed within time and budget constraints.
