🚨 **WE’RE HIRING | INTERNATIONAL TELECALLER** 📞🌍
**India IVF** is looking for confident and communication-focused professionals to join our team!
📍 **Location:** Noida, Sector 18
💼 **Position:** International Telecaller
🎯 **Experience:** 1+ Year preferred
💰 **Salary:** As per experience & interview
🕐 **Working:** 6 Days
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
Handle international patient calls and inquiries
Make outbound calls and follow up with leads
Explain IVF/fertility services and assist patients with their queries
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the internal team
Maintain lead records and follow-up status
Work towards calling and appointment targets and book online counsullation
Working in CRM and allocate lead stage wise
### 🔹 What We’re Looking For
✅ Excellent English communication skills
✅ International calling/BPO experience preferred
✅ Healthcare/IVF/Medical Tourism experience is an advantage
✅ Good convincing and interpersonal skills
✅ Comfortable with international calling hours
