Job Title: International Tele Sales Executive

Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and confident International Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Handle international inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with customers to promote products, offers, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

• Requirements:
• Fluency in English is mandatory (any accent is acceptable).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in an international voice process preferred (freshers with excellent English can also apply).
• Ability to work in a night shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM).
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
