Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Noida

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹32,000 per month + Incentive

 PerfectStayz is seeking a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. Both freshers and experienced candidates with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

 Identify and generate new business leads and opportunities.

 Follow up on inbound leads and conduct outbound calls and emails.

 Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.

 Manage and maintain existing client accounts.

 Support marketing and outreach campaigns to acquire new clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

 Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

 Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

 Willingness to work in night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
