Job Title: Architect & Interior Designer – 2D/3D Visualization

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Architect / Interior Designer who can manage residential interior design requirements from initial measurements and concepts to detailed drawings and realistic 3D visualization.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architecture, space planning, interior design, materials, furniture layouts, lighting, and execution-ready drawings, along with the ability to create high-quality 2D and 3D designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create architectural and interior 2D layouts, working drawings and detailed plans
• Develop realistic 3D designs, walkthroughs and animations
• Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, elevations, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, etc.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into practical and aesthetically appealing designs
• Coordinate with the execution/site team to ensure designs are implemented correctly
• Visit client locations across Delhi NCR for site inspection, measurements and requirement discussions
• Make design revisions based on client feedback and site conditions
• Assist in material, colour, lighting and furniture selection

Required Skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp/3ds Max or equivalent 3D software, rendering tools such as V-Ray/Lumion/Enscape, good knowledge of interior design and architectural drawings, and the ability to create professional 2D/3D presentations and walkthroughs.

Candidates should be comfortable with regular site visits and taking accurate site measurements. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

Preference: Candidates currently based in Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida or nearby Delhi NCR locations will be preferred.
