Job Description

  • Lead Generation: Find new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, social media, and market research.
  • Client Engagement: Present and demonstrate products or services to potential and existing clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract pricing, quantities, and delivery terms to close deals successfully.
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term client trust and handle post-sales support or complaints.
  • Sales Reporting: Update customer records and track pipeline activity in the company's CRM software.
