Leasing Expert - Realestate

MoneyTree Realty Services Limited, a leading real estate advisory firm in Delhi NCR, is hiring an experienced Leasing Expert for our Noida (Sector 126) office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end leasing of commercial and residential properties (office spaces, retail shops, food courts, apartments)
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, portals and channel partners
• Understand client space requirements, shortlist suitable properties and conduct site visits
• Negotiate rentals, lock-in periods, escalation and lease terms between landlords and tenants
• Coordinate documentation - LOI, term sheets, lease/rent agreements - through to deal closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, corporates and brokers
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of available properties and track market rentals in Noida / Greater Noida
• Achieve monthly leasing and revenue targets and report on the deal pipeline

Requirements:

• Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience in commercial or residential leasing / real estate sales
• Strong knowledge of the Noida, Greater Noida and Delhi NCR property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Good English and Hindi; confident in client meetings
• Own two-wheeler or four-wheeler preferred for site visits
