Job Description
Position: Team Leader – Loan Sales
Location: Noida, Sector 3
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 + Attractive Incentives
Experience: 1–3 years in Loan Sales / Telesales, with team-handling experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor daily calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Guide team members on loan products and sales processes.
- Track team performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure smooth loan processing.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
